This event brings together speakers from across the region to share their experiences with creating and maintaining a vibrant downtown through innovative approaches and unique partnerships. Jason Duckworth, President of Arcadia Land Company, will give the featured presentation on how communities can create value and draw interest from private developers. A panel of community leaders from downtowns in the region will discuss their experiences with all things downtown – from getting revitalization efforts started to maintaining interest in successful programs. This event is geared towards elected officials, municipal staff, business owners, developers, and professional planners and economic development officials.
